The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District has reached a new collective bargaining agreement with the HF-L Administrative Association, securing a contract through 2028.
This marks the latest in a series of successful negotiations for the District, which has finalized agreements with five of its seven collective bargaining units, as well as the superintendent, over the past ten months. These efforts align with the District’s long-term commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while supporting its vision of being a "District of Choice" for students, families, staff, and the community.
"I am thankful for the goodwill and dedication that go into collective bargaining, especially during these uncertain times for public institutions," said Superintendent Gene Mancuso. "As a District, we remain focused on what we can control and what matters most—ensuring that good teaching supports deep learning. To protect that environment, we believe in continuing to invest wisely in our staff."
