While the holidays are a time of happiness and joy, it can also be a time of stress and anxiety.  Most of our life experiences are within our control, but some things are not.  It is important during this busy season to step back and take stock of our emotions.  We should also recognize the challenges that others may face at this time.  The Mayo Clinic offers the following advice to how to manage stress during this holiday season.  LINK
If you find you are still struggling, please reach out to a trusted adult or school counselor, we are available to listen and help you find help.
